The intervention is about the area of ​​the best preserved defensive wall and all its urban context, recovering the Arroyo Matachivos as a garden for the city.

 

The wall had to be devoid of all those elements that were damaging it, and the Tower of La Montera needed to recover its lost function.

 

With archeological data to estimate the height that tower had, it is proposed a viewpoint permeable to the views and air. La Montera square and Burgos Street, regain acquired the character lost after the rebuilding of its façades with the construction of three new homes.
