The project follows the commission by the Dirección General de Patrimonio of Comunidad de Madrid.

Numerous visits were made to carry out the fieldwork, resulting in very extensive photogrammetric surveys and pathological studies. The collection of data and on-site study, together with the detailed study of the existing historical material, help us to develop a project in which the recovery of part of the environment that already were in the period in which these bridges fulfilled their own function.

 

The construction of lost elements such as ramps or the planting of fruit trees in those areas, justified through historical documentation, with the intention of returning the lost function of the bridges - the access to the board and being able to see the landscape from this point.
